We are Whitehead, Anderson and Crampton Class.
Do you know who we are named after?
Richard Whitehead is a Paralympian Runner who lives in Loudham, Nottingham.
Viv Anderson is a famous footballer who played for Nottingham Forest and was the first black player to gain an England Cap.
Phil Crampton is a mountaineer who has journeyed across the world and seeks ways to ensure others are treated fairly.
In the Summer term we are learning about...
Robin Hood's legacy in the history of Nottinghamshire and how Nottingham has changed since the medieval period.
Animals including humans, in Science. We are looking at habitats and how these can be effected by human activity.
Structures in DT. We are understanding what makes a structure strong and creating our own toy castle prototypes.
The artist Paul Klee and his work with cubism.
Structure (myths and legends) Keeping the rhythm and beat.
Musical symbols – under the sea - Conveying mood through movement in music.
This term, we will be exploring Nottingham Castle in search of Robin Hood and Nottingham's historical legacy.
