In Science, we are learning about electricity. This unit takes children through six lessons where they learn how to: identify common appliances that run on electricity; construct a simple series electrical circuit, identifying and naming its basic parts, including cells, wires, bulbs, switches and buzzers.

In History, we are learning about the Ancient Greeks. Across 10 lessons, some topics we will learn about are: democracy in Ancient Greece; the origins of the Olympic games; Greek gods; Athenians and Spartans and how sources can tell us about lives in the past.

In Art, we are learning about Islamic art and working towards creating our own clay tile piece using key features from this art style including: sculpting, tessellation, engraving and embossing.
